The Intro, or sample, session is where we get to see if we make good partners. You should either email, or call me to set this up. The session lasts approximately 30 minutes.
What Happens During the Call?
During this session, I'll answer any questions you have, and we'll do a brief coaching session, so you can get a feel for the process. This is where your topic comes in. The basis of our session will be that you have something you are looking for coaching around. Perhaps you want to change something, develop a project, lose weight, earn more money, or deal with a difficult business peer. You should come prepared with a real-life issue that you want to work on. We'll also use this time to determine if I am the right coach for you - whether we “click”, and make sure you feel comfortable working with me. If we conclude that we are not a good fit, I will happily refer you to other wonderful coaches I know. The most important part of coaching is that you like your coach, and feel they are the right person to handle your issues.

Next Steps
If we agree to proceed together, you will pick a coaching package, we'll discuss payment options, and then I'll be sending you some documentation to fill out and return to me so we can get started. After this, if you are a new client, we'll set up our Discovery session - our opportunity to set expectations in working together - and schedule your ongoing sessions.
The last 5 minutes of each regular session will be used for wrap-up and actions for our next session. Where appropriate, I will email you documentation, or key information from our discussions.
